You can book an appointment on the system 1 hour prior to the time you are looking for.

 

New customers are required to pay a 50% deposit on there first visit.

LJB Nails & Beauty Cancellation Policy

 

We value and respect you and your time! 

We work on an appointment only basis, and we are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment.

 

As the treatment time is exclusively booked for your visit, denying others this space000e therefore, ask that you call/text at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Late cancellations and ‘no-show’ appointments cost us precious time and money and will be charged each time.

 

• Less than 24 - hour notice of cancellation will be charged 50% of reserved appointment value.

• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount.

 

As a courtesy, we always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours before.

 

Any future appointments will be cancelled until the debt is paid.

 

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

 

*** SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS - WE MAY ASK FOR PRE-PAYMENT IN FULL TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENTS. THIS APPLIES TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT ***

 

Failure to arrive at your scheduled treatment time/appointments will, unfortunately, result in the application of full fee or void any vouchers. A no-show fee of 100% will apply, and future appointments will need to be prepaid and organised at the discretion of LJB Nails & Beauty. By making bookings with (your salon), you agree to these terms.

 

*** NO CHILDREN IN THE SALON PLEASE ***

 

While we love kids, we respectfully request NO children in the salon... It is to ensure they are kept safe, that we can then concentrate 100% on you and your treatment, and that every guest in our salon is not interrupted.

We ask you to discuss with us prior your appointment if you want to bring a child in. If you bring a child without previous discussion, we may refuse your treatment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. We thank you for your consideration, understanding and co-operation.

 

*** Arriving at your appointment ***

 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior your appointment. It will allow you to start to unwind, visit the bathroom and enjoy your time there.

 

As the time for that appointment has been held primarily for you - arriving late may require us to shorten your appointment time, so clients following you are not held up. 

If you arrive after the grace period, we may need to re-schedule your appointment.

Full fees will still be applicable therefore we ask you to be on time to avoid them. Unfortunately, additional time cannot be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment.

 

*** Mobile Phones ***

 

LJB Nails & Beauty requests that all mobile phones are switched off or to silent while you visit. We want your time to be a break away from your busy day. All guests at (your salon) want to be able to relax and have some special time out and not have to listen to someone else's phone call.

 

We all appreciate your co-operation and understanding as being asked to get off the phone may offend you.
